As for warranty, Ideas Focus provide one year warranty for each product, please note man-made damage is not covered by the warranty. In other cases, it will repair or resend new replacement products. We’re confident of product’s good quality but if it is damaged within warranty, it will ship together with your future order by sea freight.

Featured throughout our entire range of inflatable paddle boards – using a new advanced thermal welding process, the top and bottom layers of the boards are mechanically bonded. This means there is no glue used to connect the top and bottom (where leaks can occur) along the rails, and these connections are now bonded for life – making our boards the most durable on the market!
3 Things You Need to Know About Welded Rail Technology
Soldering the rails is the only way to avoid long-term leaks on the board. Starboard pioneered the most advanced and reliable rail welding technology that mechanically bonds rail layers to drip seams. This makes the sheet more durable, longer lasting and more environmentally friendly.
Why do we do it on the rails? The rails of the board are the only areas of the board’s 2 main components; the deck and the bottom are connected. Therefore, it is a critical area for air leaks.
Ideas Focus has a 0.16% warranty on all inflatable panels regarding leaks since the first introduction of welded rail technology. This is just 2 out of 1000 boards. We offer this technology on all boards produced by our new exclusive manufacturer.
